Terms and Conditions

When you join our classes, you agree to follow these rules, which help ensure a fair and smooth learning experience for everyone.

Class Schedule

You can pick the days and times for your classes. If you need to change your schedule, just let us know. We will try to accommodate you if we have available time slots.

Missing a Class & Makeup

If you cannot attend a class, you must tell us at least 2 hours before the class starts.
We can give you a makeup class if you inform us on time.
You will not get a makeup class if you miss a class without telling us.
If your teacher is not available, we will:
Arrange another teacher for your class.
Reschedule your class to a later time.

Changing Teachers

Sometimes, we may need to assign a different teacher for your class. If you are unhappy with your teacher and want a new one, we will try to find another one for you. This depends on whether another teacher is available.

Payment & Late Fees

The fee must be paid on the 5th of every month to begin, and your classes may be suspended until you pay.

Taking a Break from Classes

Please note that if you want to take a break from our classes for a month or more, we ask that you provide us with advance notice so we can make the necessary arrangements. In addition, you will be required to pay 50% of your tuition fee in advance to reserve your teacher and class time.

Family Package

If your family has multiple students in our classes and one student leaves, the fees for the remaining students may be adjusted.

Fee Increase

The fees may increase by 5% every year.

Cancellation Policy

If you want to stop your classes, you must inform us one month before canceling.

Eid Holidays

Teachers will get paid holidays for Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha.
No refunds will be given for these holidays.
No makeup classes will be arranged for these days.
